Ravi Shankar Prasad warns Mark Zuckerberg on Facebook Data Breaches

Ravi Shankar Prasad warned Mark Zuckerberg and claims to authoritatively call him India if Facebook has been investigated and proved as data violation and compromised the data security of Indians on social media.
