Govinda’s bold as brass song from 90s has brought a legal trouble both the stars. We are talking about the cheeky ‘Ek Chumma Tu Mujhko Udhar De’ from Chote Sarkar. Govinda and Shilpa sheety however do not enjoy this song as anyone else. The song has a past of legal suites. The song has the mentions of Indian states- UP and Bihar. According to the TOI reports, the songs defames the Indian states. This is not for the first time that the actors get into trouble. The song has a whole history. The controversial lines in the song are ‘Ek chumma tu mujhko udhar de de, badle mein UP Bihar lele.’

A lawyer from Jharkhand has filed the case against the two actors back in the year 2000. It was a part of Bihar then. As reports says, the hearing of the case was scheduled for June of this year. Despite a number of warning, none of the two actors appeared. Consequently, an arrest warrant was issued on July 20.

Both the actors have been asked to testify in the court in Jharkhand on October 18. A non bailable warrant has also been issued against the music composers and singers Alka Yagnik and Udit Narayan.
